"It was a beautiful resort. We had the swim our family club room. It was great for our young children and access to all the family club amenities. I am not basing our vacation off of this. It was excellent after this however our check in was a bit rocky with a room that hadn’t been cleaned(mold in the sinks), fridge didn’t work, tv and phone was broken. "Overall a nice resort. Beach was a bit dirty (seaweed) but the pools were great. Most of the food was pretty good, although some of the restaurants were better than others. Staff was great during this trip, very friendly and helpful. It was easy to communicate as most staff were able to speak English well."

"there was a group of 10 of us with all different interests - they offered many excursions for all types of people. Just staying at the resort there was plenty to do as well. My one complaint would be the Italian restaurant - the food was not great there - otherwise we thought it was great!"

" The beach directly in front of the Blue Bay isn't the best, but if you don't mind walking 10 minutes to the left, you'll find a much nicer stretch of beach where you can have a great time. Don't pay attention to the negative reviews—those are just Karens being Karens. Me being an American, I felt disgusted when another American said, "I'm an American, I need the HVAC to work." They were being disrespectful to the staff, asking them to hurry up at check-in. This place is actually fun and...

"Our second time staying here, and for a reason! This hotel is truly a vacation! The staff is wonderful, the dining options are great, the sushi bar is incredible, the ocean view is beautiful, and we had no trouble getting Palapas with plenty of shade with chairs on the beach; totally included for no extra charge. The drinks are yummy, loved that Corona was on draft! Again, the staff is just incredible and make the stay truly so enjoyable. Will always stay here on our trips to Cancun! "
