"This place was a DREAM!!! We had the best time here on my bachelorette. The pictures don’t do the place justice. Communication was great, and Eliaz helped us arrange golf cart rentals and groceries to be ready once we arrived. We are a close group of friends, so the open rooms for sleeping worked well for us, but other than the tree house room and separate guest house the rooms are open if that influences anyone’s selection. "If you want to have a real Mexican experience you will love this place. Not in the tourist-packed area. Here you experience life as a resident (which is half of the point of using VRBO, right?). "The house is absolutely perfect. Huge rooms, each 1 with its own bath. The design is stunning, the location is even better, my niece and nephew and the rest of the family loved the lush foliage and wildlife that paid us a daily visit: iguanas and spider monkeys and different birds. The pool is constantly tended and cleaned. Located in a very quiet and very safe neighborhood. "40th birthday party for my boyfriend with all of our closest friends. The home was absolutely beautiful, very open and spacious for everyone. The indoor outdoor living was perfect for us. Staff was wonderful and very helpful. We loved that we could easily walk to the marina at night or catch a quick cab to downtown if needed. Would absolutely stay there again!!"

"It was great to have a pool for our kids when the ocean was too rough for swimming. We really enjoyed the experience of taking collectivos (#69 especially) and busses, and living away from the tourist crowd. It did take two collectivos or buses to get to most sightseeing locations though, so if you want to be close this wouldn't be the best location unless you take taxis or rent a car. "What an amazing property! Spacious, comfortable, and with all the amenities we could have ever asked for. Very responsive property manager, easy check-in and check-out, and only steps away from the beach. Literally everything was perfect."

"Property was very nice but maintenance seems to be slipping a little. Lazy river under bridge areas has knocked out holes in tiles. Buildings near lobby across from coffee shop has huge dirty windows with finger writing on them. Dinner menu has shrunk in selection and proportion. Food is still delicious. Some favorite drinks are no longer part of happy hour. Over all our stay was fabulous despite these things but us repeat visitors do notice. The pools are not being heated as well as previously....

"Friendly staff, clean facilities. Just don’t arrive during rush-hour. I got stuck in traffic for about an hour trying to find the hotel parking located “around the corner”. Providing a map upon request could be extra helpful as well as clear parking fees policy for their guests. Otherwise o good experience."
