"The staff was extremely kind, helpful and professional- 5 star service for sure!! The room was big, clean and the beds were comfortable. We stayed in the family suite with bunk bed and king bed. The hotel hallways and room were a bit older than I expected from the pictures. The lighting in rooms was dark, older carpet and some chipped paint. But it was spacious and clean- we were there for one night for its proximity to Universal Studios. Pool was heated, but still cold for me (kids liked it)-...

Enjoyed our spontaneous night there, the nightlife on the second floor was a fun time the dj they had (I don’t know if it’s always the same guy) but the night that we were there was a great set he made it so fun!!
