“There was no electricity!!!! The pool was being repaired. The neighbor hood was sketchy at best. Cars with very black windows would stop & talk to someone in the drive & then leave. Junk around the buildings. This place would never be a place for me to stay. I would never think to ask if there was electricity, but there was no electricity!!!”

“Property was lovely, with an unobstructed view of the ocean and plenttyyy of patio. Primary bedroom looks out at the ocean, as does the living room/ kitchen. Second bedroom is landside but with direct patio access. Host was lovely, had filtered water in the fridge for us and answered all my questions about how to book a ferry, etc. Thank you Kate!”

“This home sits on a beautiful peninsula in Marsh Harbor. This was our first trip to the area, and we found it very easy to navigate. The great thing about the property is the location with stand-up paddle boarding and snorkeling just offshore - and a dock. The home still needs some TLC s/p Dorian, but the ground team is clearly working on it. Our house manager, Taj was wonderful and very responsive. For example, there was no large pot in the kitchen, and she had one brought over immediately....

“House is as described and pictured. Gated community with Boat Harbour and Abaco Beach Resort was safe, clean, and the premium location in Marsh Harbour! Dockside (Abaco Groceries location) right at the entrance to the community was very convenient! Being right on the water and surviving hurricanes just makes this a tough environment. “Comfortable, clean, everything we needed. We had a group of six visiting for a wedding and with all that Abaco has to offer just needed a place to get clean and rest our heads. That said, we still found ourselves enjoying the breeze on Second Wind's amazing deck. Susan and Clint (Caretakers/onsite management) were above all the best part of the experience, lovely people, great communication and even picked us up from the ferry. Thank you so much!”
