Day , I we arrived after 3:30. Me and my guest had to wait for more then 20 minutes for our room to be cleaned. When we finally received our room the toilet was nonfunctional. Day 2 was good. Day 3, after a wonderful day of touring Panama City we centered a room not serviced, toilet backup again and seen a full grown cockroach on top of the bathroom counter.We had a room change.Day 4 was ok. Day 5 check out day.

Rooms are nice and big. Nevertheless, the entire building holds a lot of humidity. The air quality inside the room is very poor, and the closet reeks of mold. We were abruptly woken up three or four times during the night by very loud, inconsiderate people outside in the hallway. Although I know this is not the hotel's fault per se, it's definitely a big red flag for me. Unfortunately, I don't think I will ever stay st this hotel again.

No water or coffee in the room. My breakfast was supposed to be included but it apparently wasn't. Not thrilled overall but the shuttle and proximity to the airport makes it worth it.

I love this hotel, the people are extremely efficient and caring. Always ready to help. Being close to the airport and having a shuttle bus to the airport from free every 30 minutes, it is a sold for me
