"The property was very spacious. It was close to major attractions and a convenient walk to many resturants and stores on the strip. The views of the sourrounding area were great from this penthouse. "My friends and I participated in a tennis tournament at Darling Tennis complex. The location was perfect, just a 2 minute drive. It’s also very close to stores and restaurants. The condo was comfortable and clean. I couldn’t find an instruction manual for appliances. Hence navigating the tv was challenging for me (non-tech savvy user). Be careful when pulling in and out of the parking space. Some cars drive very fast when entering or exiting the lot."

We loved the Delights cafe in tower 2 (surprisingly good food!) and having access to MGM Grand's pool complex. When I return to Vegas, I will absolutely stay here again. The property was beautifully maintained, smoke free and was convenient to the monorail. Thanks for a wonderful experience in Vegas!! "

We had one minor issue with housekeeping not leaving a blanket for the pullout. Since Joe rents his condo privately and not through management at the MGM Signature, he has different housekeeping and MGM was unwilling to provide us a blanket when I went to the front desk. "The condo was clean and in a great location. Very comfortable bed and spacious master bath with large soaker tub and his/hers sinks/vanities. Separate guest bath with shower. Great views and great connection to MGM Grand passage way to upscale shops, dining and into the casino for more fun.
