Overall the hotel and service provided by Sahara was good however we were very surprised and disappointed to find out that coffee and tea were not provided in our room and we had to spend extra to have them every morning. When we inquired as to why coffee and tea was not provided in our room, the hotel staff informed us they were only provided for their high end reservations. I mean come on! Even motels provide this basic service for ALL their guests and considering the substantial amount of money we paid for our room, having a coffee and tea machines in our rooms is the least the Sahara Hotel could have provided to accommodate us and other guests who experienced this. If we had known this before, I am not sure we would have booked and I wonder how much business the hotel may be loosing due to them not providing all their guests with this simple request.

Staff was rude. The TV wasn't working. We had to call three times to get someone to come fix it and that took over a day. The staff at chicky and Pete's was beyond rude and the food sucked. The casino is below par compared to the other hotels and casinos.

Great stay overall! Pillows were a little hard for my liking but will not prevent me from staying here again. I stayed here for festival in the festival ground. Would book again if in Vegas again :)
