"Lovely home that is very well maintained, The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Also the kithchen has an open floor plan and was well stocked. The home is located in a clean, quite, and safe neighborhood. Barb is fantastic! She's very professional, communicative, availalbe, and helpful. I was very glad to have picked this property and would certainly stay there again."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. We stayed the weekend for a music festival. We were able to walk to the location (25 mins) where the festival was being held at and was very easy to get around. Unfortunately it was raining when we arrived so we were unable to use the pool but it was nice and clean. There are plenty of towels and toiletries available as well as basic cooking utensils and spices ( which we did not use.) Refrigerator was clean as was the rest of the house. A/C was perfect as well....

"We were looking for a quieter stay in Vegas with our baby and this property did not disappoint! Doug was so kind as to show us around the property when we arrived and explain how to heat the hot tub. The place was extremely clean and had so many extras like pool floaties, poker table, bar setup. It’s also just a short drive to the strip, Fremont, airport, etc. We all agreed this may be the best VRBO we’ve ever stayed at. 10/10 would recommend both the host and property!"

It seemed clean - some dust accumulating in places but nothing that made us feel like cleanliness was an issue. We were sitting outside having coffee one morning and a pool cleaner showed up. "House is as advertised on VRBO. It was in a quiet neighborhood and felt very safe. House was well stocked and pool was delightful in the 90 degree weather. Lyft rides to the Strip were about $25. Communication was timely and everything went smoothly."

"Clean, comfortable, spacious rooms. Very nice pool, lazy river, and jacuzzi. Did not get a chance to use the lazy river as it closed at 6. The main pool closed at 8, but several sections of the pool were closed off at 6. We were able to enjoy the jacuzzi as it was open until 12. Restaurant/ bar was very nice, but closed early- food stopped at 9:30, closed at 10. Overall, a nice facility"
