"The place was very nice unfortunately the lobby elevators in some other areas were under construction but did not affect us in the unit staff was pleasant parking was easy."
"Parking is by valet. I paid for it at time of reservation. I was charged a destination fee??? They gave me $25 free food to compensate. I used every dollar, lol. A very nice hotel. My room was the standard 2 queen beds, no couch. Only stayed one night so can't speak about amenities. Metro stop right outside the doors. Not far from I-395. Pricey for my budget but I would recommend the hotel."
"As a person of disability I was very pleased at how attentive the hotel staff made my stay very convenient. From the greeters at the entrance up until the moment I left I felt very safe and well cared for . the facility itself is clean elegant and Charming with a sweet breakfast area and an entertaining dinner spot right inside the hotel. I would prefer a physical paper menu for room service and other Hotel amenities I supposed to always referring to a telephone app which is not always...

"This staff hospitality was absolutely amazing and they went above and beyond. Just an FYI, if anyone is booking this hotel through a third party like Travelocity, their pool is under construction until the summer of 2025. It is on their website, however Travelocity. Or other third parties did not mention it on ther."

We managed to flood the bathroom the first morning and also had another plumbing issue. The staff could not have been more helpful. The receptionist, maintenance technician and housekeeping were all prompt and efficient. We enjoyed the breakfast and again the staff quickly removed dirty dishes and kept...
"The property was in a great location for all of the iconic attractions in downtown Washington. The breakfast was great we ate there everyday. Only problem was the air conditioning and heating did not work properly. We could not set the temperature in the room it was either too warm or too cool."
