"As a person of disability I was very pleased at how attentive the hotel staff made my stay very convenient. From the greeters at the entrance up until the moment I left I felt very safe and well cared for . the facility itself is clean elegant and Charming with a sweet breakfast area and an entertaining dinner spot right inside the hotel. I would prefer a physical paper menu for room service and other Hotel amenities I supposed to always referring to a telephone app which is not always...

"My sister had never been to DC and we chose this hotel for proximity to the Bible Museum and Mall. We were warmly greeted. For some reason we were put in an invalid room with walk in shower. We managed to flood the bathroom the first morning and also had another plumbing issue. The staff could not have been more helpful. The receptionist, maintenance technician and housekeeping were all prompt and efficient. We enjoyed the breakfast and again the staff quickly removed dirty dishes and kept...
