"The hotel was great overall, and it has a central location and is walkable to most attractions. However, the front desk staff was okay. We had a good check-in, but any other questions that we had were dismissed. My mom asked if she could reheat some leftovers, and their response was, "This is a hotel," which was rude since I have stayed in many hotels that have common areas with microwaves. "

"I had not stayed in a Holiday Inn for years, and I wasn't expecting the greatest accomodations. However, this centrally located hotel exceeded my expectations! It was clean and fresh. The service was like a 5-star hotel. The common areas provided everything a guest would need at a reasonable price, restaurant and bar combo, business center, etc. The room was quiet and comfortable. The location was excellent as well, near the metro and walking distance to lively 14th St and P street."

"I booked this hotel literally minutes after I arrived in DC and to my surprise when I got there my room was ready. I love the modern look of this hotel the room was cute my only complaint is the shower water pressure wasn’t strong enough and my sink was slow to go down. The staff was courteous. "
