"Amazing "

"Stayed for a weekend getaway with family and small children. The hotel staff was very friendly upon arrival. The hotel was clean, rooms were comfortable and clean as well. The pool was great. The kids enjoyed the splash pad area. Was nice to have music and pool bar and grill right there as to not have to leave hotel. Parking was easy right in front of your building. Safe place to stay for vacation. Will definetly be booking again."

"Everything was great, except for the fact that they did not allow me to have late check out. This is the first time I’ve ever been denied a late check out at a hotel/resort. Checking out at 10am was not pleasant. "

"Nice location and facilities, comfortable and quiet room. The property is beginning to show some wear and tear in terms of stucco corners, stucco wall damage, especially on the lower levels. There seemed to be a lot of staff on the grounds using their iPhones, not working that hard, yet some areas seemed unclean such as the elevators, and remained dirty during our whole 3 day stay. The workout room needs some signs to be respectful of others, including the use of cell phones. I, along with...

"The place was big enough for us. the property has a beach access and a porch at the back. It was clean and walkable to the store and restaurant. "

"Room was great. Drinks way overpriced. Starbucks inside hotel is very convenient. The pools were nice, but the advertised 3 pools were only open one at a time leading to it being crowded. Staff was nice, uber pickup was convenient. "

"Wonderful accommodation surrounded by beautiful golf courses. Access to the JW Marigot is a bonus but not guaranteed as it’s dependent on the capacity of the hotel. "
