"Well since I suppose to have a VIP account my room was ok, beds seemed a bit outdated. Nothing extraordinary, they did gave me a 15 dollars off from my breakfast. The buffet was good and convenient"

"The location is great located a block off Young St. And two blocks off Bay St. It is in the "Village" so everyone is welcome. Safe to walk at night! The hotel is renovated but in some cases just covering things up. We needed two rooms and this was a great option. "

"It was all as expected with the exception of having one shower for the entire floor. I wish I knew this in advance. I knew it was communal shower but not that it was actually only one. It is a bit noisy but not from the jazz music (which btw was really good) but from traffic and loud guests. Sonic insulation of windows and doors is not great. The mattress could do with a replacement. But everything else was great: very clean, close to downtown, practical amenities in the room, nice concierge...
