"I love this property!I stayed here before and when I made the check in I received an upgrade and it was amazing as usual, the only issue that I had was with the Vallet parking, when I went to pay the guy told me that they don’t accept credit card and just cash, we gave him $30 plus $5 tip (this was at night, I left because I had to work in the morning) my friend stayed and when he went to reception to do the check out they want to charge me for the vallet parking that we already paid last night! I ask them to check the cameras, because was unacceptable."

"The entrance area should be more clean and the trash container should be more clean and the area in between tilesin the hotel room need more clean,you can see the light orange stains or buildup. "
