We had a short trip and next time we are planning on spending time at the pool and enjoy the resort more. We had room service at 2:00am and although it had a small amount of options, it was good. "

"We had an unexpected problem with a different hotel stay at a different location. In an emergency type situation I was able to get rooms extremely fast and my family of 13 checked in within 2 hours (this includes carrying luggage for that family up and down 6 flights of stairs) I can not say enough good things about how amazing the staff was at getting us taken care of.
