Apartment has 1 King bedroom and a Living room with sofa-bed, many closets. Guests enjoy spacious nice bathroom with tub and shower. Full kitchen, with the Stowe, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, granite counter top. Direct access to the beach and swimming pool. Very Secure building. Excellent location, convenient to everything. Supermarket, restaurants, shopping in walking distance. With the $35 daily resort fee paid at check-in, guests enjoy umbrellas and beach chairs, private pool, private beach access with towels, fitness center, high-speed WIFI, and business center.
Resort offers valet parking for additional fee $30 per day.

Spring break vacation with my husband. Wonderful beach and view from this one bedroom condominium. We did not even need a car. Lots of restaurant options within walking distance. A Publix right across the street!

I had booked this property for my mother and aunt for 5 days. Lilya was very helpful at answering questions that I had about the location of the property. She was quick to answer messages and inquiries. The property was clean, with lots of extra linens, full kitchen amenities and a beautiful view of both the city and ocean. For entertainment, the game room was a well-received amenity, offering a variety of activities suitable for both adults and children. The resort's bar was a highlight, featuring an extensive selection of drinks and a charming atmosphere perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun. The construction in the area was understated. The construction and drilling continued from 8 AM to 6 PM six days a week. We could not enjoy the balcony or the outside lounge areas. The unit was clean and well equipped. Nice space with large bathroom. The unit was a little tired (no cover on kitchen light, scale in bathroom not working, drying rack on balcony broken and safe in unit not working).

Room with a view!
The host was very responsive! Room was spotless upon arriving in the room. The room is located on the side of the building which gives both a city and ocean view, which we loved! Beach is nice and quiet. We appreciated having the option to cook in the fully stocked full size kitchen in the room, although we didn’t cook much. The resort staff is very friendly too. Only a slight con(has nothing to do with the host or the interior): Be mindful that there is construction right next to the building if you’re there during the week. Luckily we came on a US holiday weekend and Monday wasn’t too noisy. But I can imagine as they continue to build, it could get noisy during the day.
