We walked barefoot over lifting laminate floor with rough edges. The best part of our stay was the bathroom which had been refurbished and couldn’t be faulted. "Good about this hotel - Location - Excellent as you are close to the main sights and a tram stop is 2 minute walk away. Facilities/Services - Lift available which was very useful, laundry, breakfast and arranging travel. Service - Most of the receptionist staff spoke English and were very helpful with arranging excursions or anything we needed help with. They almost always had someone at reception too.
