"Hotel Amira far exceeded our expectations. Staff was over the top superb! Manager was very helpful and made our stay very enjoyable. This is a perfect location to the historic section of Turkey, very safe and walkable. The roof top bar was a lot of fun, great views and great food. Or bartender played the guitar the second night and he was fabulous. All our connecting rides arranged through the hotel were seamless and prompt.

"Staff at the main desk were very helpful, booked a lot of tours for me, helped me with navigating around the area. Cleaners also did a great job everyday. Hotel is placed in the perfect location with great views of Hagia Sohia and the blue mosque, also have great views of the sea from the restaurant on the 6th floor. Overall my stay the the hotel for 5 nights was absolutely amazing. "
"The location of the hotel is very good. Its close to the santa sofia mosque and the centre of estambul. Very good attention and kind staff. The only thing is that they gave us a little room, but you actually never stay in the hotel, use it only to sleep so finally it was ok!"
"The staff was very friendly and accommodating and provided a baby crib, lots of water, and always offered help with our stroller. With a baby and toddler, we had a very pleasant stay. "
"As a solo traveler I loved this property. It was convenient to all of the major sites and public transportation. Musa at the front desk made sure I had his contact number in case I need assistance while touring the city. The hotel was lovely and an amazing view from the rooftop. They did recommend the evening river boat cruise, which was more like a nightclub on the water, which I did not enjoy. But everything else about my stay and their hospitality was excellent!!!"
"Great location but the building is in poor condition and the people were unfriendly and not very helpful. The room was tiny and old. We moved to another place in the street - the new hotel was more expensive but significantly better on all aspects."

"This is a great hotel in a fantastic location, walking distance to everything. The staff was friendly and helpful, and our room for a family of four was very convenient. Pepe in particular was very accommodating and helped me with tasks that I didn’t expect one would do. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The Turkish breakfast options were amazing and we got to experience various options. We will definitely stay again if in Istanbul!"

My husband who is a diabetic lost his insulin on the flight over. The manager was on the phone and was able to direct us immediately to a pharmacy with the exact medicine we needed. Could not ask for better service.
Would rate this as a 10 if possible!"
