"We had a lovely stay; wound up extending an extra night.Our triple room was on the small side for the 2 of us, as we had anticipated from the photos. That was compensated by the many positives: Excellent service from the staff. Spectacular view from our room, appreciated the blackout shades. "We arrived on a late rainy night at Stresa train station and were unable to get a taxi. I called the hotel who sent Leonardo to pick us up. The station is a 5 minute easy walk to the hotel and any other day we would have done it. We had a lovely room overlooking the lake and the staff were always helpful. Will return! "
