"Location curatissima, panorama mozzafiato, colazione da campioni (consigliatissimo il toast proteico).
Cura per l'igiene, cosa che soprattutto in questo periodo ci ha fatto piacere: in casa non si possono utilizzare le proprie scarpe; vengono messe a disposizione calzature igienizzate. La spa è a disposizione degli ospiti dalle 18. Camera mansardata, ampia e confortevole."
"Great grand hotel experience with ‘belle epoch’ architecture, great service, and location. Recent addition in 2021 of large spa, gym, indoor pool free for guests and a plus on rainy days. "
"This hotel has a great location and the balcony room allowed for magnificent lake views. A short 10minute walk to the town area of Stresa. The roof top bar was excellent with drinks and food available. A must do."
"A great experience-- asked for a balcony room and the staff delivered, have never had such a large terrace! Room 101 was comfortable but that terrace is something else! It's as large as the dining room underneath, contains 2 lounge chairs and a table for 4. It was such a pleasant place to watch the light change over the lake.
Very quiet at night with good restaurants nearby, and only a few steps from the Ferry Dock. Highly recommend staying on this pedestrian-only island."
"Such a gorgeous little flat parto of a house in a lovely setting. The service was excellent, the environment absolutely lovely and welcoming. The geographical position couldn’t have been better. We have had a truly lovely time there. We will be back!"
"Staff were very efficient and polite. Gave some good places to visit in Stresa. The room was very small, one small chair and no table. Had to use floor to place luggage and belonging. Not a nice room, regretted staying at this hotel!"
"We arrived on a late rainy night at Stresa train station and were unable to get a taxi. I called the hotel who sent Leonardo to pick us up. The station is a 5 minute easy walk to the hotel and any other day we would have done it. We had a lovely room overlooking the lake and the staff were always helpful. Will return! "

"The view from this property is just spectacular. It has a comfortable and large balcony/deck. The bright living room is surrounded by windows which provides for breath taking views. The property itself is in a great neighbourhood, well placed for access to Stresa and surrounding area. There is a nice trail if you want to walk into town and it takes about 20 minutes."

"Well we are on a 6 week tour on our motorcycle and we chose our hotels as we go from place to place. We were in Brig Switzerland when we chose the Hotel Boston Stresa what a great find this was the place is really nicely decorated very clean and bright. The staff are very helpful and nothing seems to much trouble if you need something. The bedrooms are well appointed and of a good size with balconies. We didn't have breakfast here as we are retired and to be honest we don't normally get up until 9-30 ISH so we normally eat around 11am. The hotel has underground parking which for us was great as we are touring on our motorcycle it costs 8 euros a day and it's safe and secure. The hotel is 2 mins walk from the lake front of Maggiore and 10 mins walk into the main shopping and eating areas. You can get ferries to the islands on the lake and there are plenty of places to eat out lakeside. The hotel is also only 10 mins walk from the railway station and a Conad Supermarket so all in all this is a great place to stay.We will recommend this to our friends and family if they come to Italy. We had a great time here and would certainly stay here again if coming to Maggiore."
Hotel with lovely surrounds and handy to the lake.
"We had a five night stay at the Lido La Perla having planned to spend some time on Lake Maggiore during our month holiday.
It is a very nice hotel, well located near the lake foreshore with excellent access to the boating transport needed to visit the many sights on the lake.
The hotel staff were very caring, the breakfast was vast and very fresh food, the room was well serviced with clean towels and linen each day and the bathroom was very good although having to step into the bath to shower is a possible hazard for elderly or informed guests.
The hotel is about 15 minutes walk from the main town of Stresa so dining opportunities were limited but we used the nearby which was very good with a great view of the lake and a good menu. A taxi is required to get to and from the hotel if travelling by train. A couple of negatives are there was no fridge in our room ( forget having cold drinks available in your room) , there was no tea/ coffee making facilities and the tv could only be tuned to non English speaking stations.
The hotel’s gardens are quite spectacular with large flowering hydrangeas and indoor there was a pool and very good couch areas to rest.
Overall very good but a bit overpriced."
