Everyone there takes great pride at doing their job and seem genuinely happy and blessed to be there. Golfing there is the Florida standard for me and getting to stay and play at Bay Hill is a privilege that I do not take for granted. Hat's off to everyone at Bay Hill for continuing to keep the legend alive. "

"The pools were beautiful and the restaurants were great. I do not think guests should have to pay additional for parking and the self park lot was not in an ideal location."

"Just one complaint The door to the area we stayed at was VERY HARD TO OPEN and we were stuck there two mornings for a few minutes because the door would not open The lock just spun around… we physically went to the office and told them but it never got fixed … we were in room 23309 "
