Definitely recommend and I have stayed at a ton of hotels and the staff at the Grand were probably some of the best I have encountered."

"A very pleasant stay in a nice hotel in a beautiful location. In the heart of the New Forest and miles of beautiful walks without needing to use your car to access them. Dining options very good with both the Conservatory and Armada restaurant serving very tasty food. The only issue was very slow service at breakfast - having ordered simple mains we waited over 45 for these to arrive - unacceptable for a simple breakfast service. "You can't beat the location of Sandbanks hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is excellent. I would not go into the swimming pool again as I found it very difficult to get in and out via the awful metal steps. As most of the guests were elderly I doubt if any of them would use the pool. The Haven pool is much safer with wide steps."
