"We visited The Betsy for my 40th birthday with my wife and 6 year old son. We had a fantastic time, the place was great and the staff was amazing, great service from Rene and Joanny that made sure we were very well taken care of in the restaurant and Juan the bellboy that went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. Chris was also great in compensating a small delay with out room while checking in. Overall the staff is amazing and would highly recommend anyone staying at The Betsy."

"We liked the location and the hotel’s beach and gym amenities’ connection with the Loews Hotel (right across the street with easy access to both. The hotel was clean and the dailyaid service was reliable. Hotel js walk-ably convenient to just about everywhere we like to go in South Beach and there was just enough “action” on the pool deck to make it fun to hang out. The only disappointment was that there was no nightlife in the hotel and a couple of times when I wanted a drink, the bartender was...
