"I was very pleasantly surprised by my stay. From the moment I walked in and was helped, it was fantastic. I had requested a quieter room on the top floor, they took note of that and were able to accommodate. They put me in a room upstairs, on the back side of the property. The room itself was huge! You can tell these were likely apartments at one point. I would say it’s about 800+ square feet. Beyond the roomy front room, there was a nice kitchen, large bedroom and great AC. The location...

"The homeless community very much pre-occupied the front space of the unit. The side entrance is private but I was constantly asked questions or walked out to someone sleeping infront of the building which is a for sale unit in the front. Many ppl were confused as to where the entrance was. "

"This is the rare Miami Beach apartment where the inside looks somewhat like the photos. Don't get me wrong, there are some inconsistencies, like that the couch has definitely changed to a smaller model since the photo was taken. There's almost no noise insulation inside the apartment, so be prepared for that. If someone's in the bathroom, you can hear everything. Each bedroom can be heard from the other. The shower has terrible venting, the bathmat is just constantly wet. Kitchen amenities...

It was odd that one of the rooms we stayed in appeared to have had it’s door kicked in. Perhaps the Spring Breakers from the previous week.
