"We visited The Betsy for my 40th birthday with my wife and 6 year old son. We had a fantastic time, the place was great and the staff was amazing, great service from Rene and Joanny that made sure we were very well taken care of in the restaurant and Juan the bellboy that went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. Chris was also great in compensating a small delay with out room while checking in. Overall the staff is amazing and would highly recommend anyone staying at The Betsy."

"This hotel located right on Collins Avenue mid Beach, is an excellent location for someone who wants to spend a little less being one block off the beach versus across the street beachfront. The hotel was lovely. The room was clean. Our view was not the most exciting because it was at the back of the hotel, facing the power poles, and Telephone and electrical wires. Other than that, it was a lovely hotel and the breakfast every morning was great in the restaurant thankfully they had a restaurant...
