"Property was very nice but maintenance seems to be slipping a little. Lazy river under bridge areas has knocked out holes in tiles. Buildings near lobby across from coffee shop has huge dirty windows with finger writing on them. Dinner menu has shrunk in selection and proportion. Food is still delicious. Some favorite drinks are no longer part of happy hour. Over all our stay was fabulous despite these things but us repeat visitors do notice. The pools are not being heated as well as previously....

"This resort was great! The spacious condo was perfect for our family. The kitchen had almost everything needed to make our own meals (no paper products provided, bring your own paper towels & coffee filters). The pools were very clean and well maintained. There was some loud maintenance on one of the walkways but there was enough space to get away from it and you can't beat the proximity to the beach. Perfect family spot!"

"Its the nicest property in Rocky Point. Once at the resort you could be at any high in resort in the world. Very beautifully landscaped and very friendly employees. The only complaint is the check in process. We waited 30 minutes in line to get our parking pass. You would think that could get set up and sent to a renter long before getting to the property. Side note, I wish they would clean up all the half built properties that seem like will never be completed."

The home was so very clean and stacked with towels, cups, clean sheets, water for guests, basically anything I could ask for. I wish we could have stayed longer! "Beautiful modern place. The place needs some updates. It is set up for family. With friends, the bunk beds was good for children, not so such for adults. The water was lukewarm and no pressure. It seems to need a new water heater. Having the garage was definitely a plus for safety."

First they had us pick up or keys at Sonoran Spa, picked up the keys and when we got to the property the keys only worked for the outside door. Enjoyed watching baseball on great reception television. Privacy. Very close to town and beach. Everything was in the Casita that we needed. Very comfortable beds. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Plenty of towels. Easy to find and instructions for the house. Stayed five days. Much better than the resorts."

"The property is lovely. There were Christmas Decorations, a place for a fire pit that the owner offered to light for us. The house was clean, bottled water available, warm and cozy. It was fun to stay in an area that reflect Puerto Penasco instead of removed as in a resort setting. We felt safe (parking was great) and still a part of a community. Thanks."
