"I book the hotel because I thought it would be able to accommodate my family. The stay was okay but the pull out couch didn’t work and the room had a wired smell. I told the lady at the front desk but she didn’t offer to change my room. "

"The front lobby staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Nat was going specially welcoming up on my arrival. The breakfast was always hot fresh and variety every morning. I hav a Golden Retriever and I love that the hotel is pet friendly and my therapy dog is relaxed and felt comfortable also. I will stay there again when I make a trip back to Richmond to visit "

"It was quiet and peaceful. About a 12 minute drive to vcu and the surrounding areas, and 15 minutes to short pump. It was perfectly positioned, tucked away, and the staff were very kind. I was there on vacation with my partner and I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone. "
