Apartments in Ponte Vedra Beach for Rent

"Parking Concerns: Initially, I had concerns about parking since the listing mentioned accommodation for up to 3 cars, but we had more. I reached out a week before the trip, but it took until the arrival date to confirm the maximum of 3 cars and provide an alternative parking site. Check-In Experience: Check-in was at 4 PM, but we arrived at 5:10 PM and found the housekeeper still cleaning. The housekeeper didn't speak English, which made communication difficult. We had to wait for half an hour before we could enter. Location: The location was perfect, right on the beach, offering convenience and beautiful. Lower Level: The lower level was subpar, featuring a small bedroom with no closet and two twin beds. It also had a half bath and a laundry room. Upper Level: The upper level had three bedrooms with a full bathroom that included both a tub and a tub-less shower. The bedrooms had plenty of closet space. The linen closet was stocked with towels. Kitchen: The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances and had ample pantry space. The refrigerator was a top freezer model. Condition of the Home: This is an older home with noticeable signs of wear and tear, such as walls needing paint and closet doors off their tracks. Despite these issues, it was cozy. Be mindful of the stairs if mobility is a concern. No grass for pets. Overall, this rental provided a fair and cozy stay. The big advantage was its prime location right on the beach, which made our stay very convenient. "

"Hilton Garden Inn in Ponte Vedra Beach is an excellent hotel for the price! The standard rooms are huge and very clean! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Having the great bar/restaurant “Mulligan’s Pub” is an added bonus. I will definitely be staying here again."

"Amazing house, with a fantastic floor plan and dazzling ocean views. Every bedroom has privacy, ocean view and a bathroom. The bedrooms open up into an unbelievable two story open space with a first floor patio and second story deck facing the beautiful beach. The beach is wonderful with a decent surf break. Limited public access in the immediate area left us feeling like we had a private beach. Ten to fifteen minute drive to all the fun restaurants, bars, museums and all the other fun things to do in Saint Augustine. This was the absolute perfect place for our family and we hope to do it again. The one negative thing was… just kidding, there was none. Like I said at the beginning … it was perfect!!!"

"House was so clean. Pictures did not do justice for how beautiful it is!! Only negative is the back porch had nails sticking up and the wood really does need an upgrade. But not a big deal we just made sure to have shoes on out there. Communication with the host was super easy with a fast response. Will for sure try to vacation here again!!"
