"This charming little apartment is in such a great location to enjoy all the shopping and eating in the historic district with no worries of driving those crowded narrow streets and struggling with parking. Do keep in mind the nature of the location and bring those earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. The photos and descriptions very accurately portray the accommodations. Loved the natural lighting and the quirky wallpaper. Some things are showing their age a bit, but everything is well maintained...

It is a king size bed but it didn’t have enough support under the box springs so it has too much sag and...

"The interior of the property was very nice. Loved the kitchen. However, the exterior was a mess and unfinished looking. Also, could hear the neighbor upstairs, very loudly, and the dog too. It felt invasive as we were going for quiet privacy."

The location of our duplex was great, we could walk to everything (except the Publix) food, beer and most importantly the beach! The duplex was clean and had everything we needed - even beach chairs! "Fantastic location - parked the car and walked everywhere. If you like to sleep late, not the place for you, but I’m an early riser so morning truck delivery noise didn’t bother me. Cannot beat the location to walk historic downtown St. Augustine. Lots of places to dine and shop nearby, and free parking. Wonderful mini vacay with Mom."

"Walking around was very easy to get anywhere in town and not having to use our car. Everything in the unit was very nice and clean however, I’m not a fan of a foam topper on the bed. Would prefer a great mattress instead. Bring your own clothing hangers as there were none available. We did leave one of our behind. There was a keurig coffee maker but no pods, only the packets you find in a hotel."
