I reached out a week before the trip, but it took until the arrival date to confirm the maximum of 3 cars and provide an alternative parking site. "House was so clean. Pictures did not do justice for how beautiful it is!! Only negative is the back porch had nails sticking up and the wood really does need an upgrade. We had to wait for half an hour before we could enter. Location: The location was perfect, right on the beach, offering convenience and beautiful. Lower Level: The lower level was subpar, featuring a small bedroom with no closet and two twin beds. It also had a half bath and a laundry room. Upper Level: The upper level had three bedrooms with a full bathroom that included both a tub and a tub-less shower. The bedrooms had plenty of closet space. The linen closet was stocked with towels. Kitchen: The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances and had ample pantry space. The refrigerator was a top freezer model. Condition of the Home: This is an older home with noticeable signs of wear and tear, such as walls needing paint and closet doors off their tracks. Despite these issues, it was cozy. Be mindful of the stairs if mobility is a concern. No grass for pets. Overall, this rental provided a fair and cozy stay. The big advantage was its prime location right on the beach, which made our stay very convenient. "
