"We received an email from them as we landed at the Cancun airport to indicate our room wasn’t available, the replacement accommodations they offered looked in no way comparable. At least they quickly refunded our money but we were left to scramble to find another hotel during the cab ride from Cancun to Playacar. We’ve never had anything like this happen before!"

"Spent a week here in May for my birthday. I loved this hotel!!! The room was nice, the food was awesome and the service was excellent. We ate at the Steakhouse twice. The surf n turf was delicious! Even the food at the buffet was great!! My wife and I were completely satisfied!! Oh yeah, the beach was beautiful and no problem finding a lounge chair!!!"
