Find All-inclusive Resorts in Playa Mujeres, Punta Sam

Beach was very nice with lots of chairs and umbrellas. The entire staff is very attentive to the guests and the property!

This was our 5th time at this resort in the last 3 years and we pleasantly continue to enjoy it very much. Specifically, the customer service. There was one person, Angel, who is a manager at the surf and turf and steakhouse restaurants that made our trip extra special as he came up to us and recognized us from our last trip. He made my wife and my daughter feel like special guests and that was very well remembered as a special moment by our family. We also got great service from Leonardo at the steakhouse and Damian at the morning breakfast. Love this resort. Would definitely come back again.

They up keep of the property and the fact that I knew my family was safe while we stayed there. The only thing I didn’t like was the fact that the sliding glass door doesn’t close period it has a lock but the latch is broken

We loved everything about Beloved Playa Mujeres! The food, the service, the room! Everything was amazing. We stayed in the ocean view terrace suite with plunge pool. That suite exuded luxury, comfort and love! The spa was phenomenal! We would definitely book here again for another romantic getaway! Thank you to each and everyone at Beloved for making our experience top tier!

We liked that the property was very clean and it had an option for booking a Villa which was ideal for us since we had a family of 2 with 2 toddlers. They were able to play in the living room together and had a large space to run around. The hot tub in the patio area was also a bonus. The restaurants had great food and there were lots of options. All the pools were heated which was amazing for us and the kids. They loved all the pools and we had a great time hanging out in there as a family. A few things we didn't like was that the Kid's club only opened to families between 9-10 am. Since our kids were under 3 we were not allowed to access it outside of those hours to use the playground, indoor play area or additional kiddie pool. For a resort that was so child friendly we were surprised that they didn't have a snack bar with kid options so you can pick up food easily. You had to go to an area that you order food or the only options were sandwiches and salads to pick up. Resort is pretty tucked way so it wasn't convenient to go outside the resort. There were limited night time entertainment for kids. It would have been nice if they had a 7 or 7:30 PM activity either movie, show, or craft for kids. Otherwise we had a great family vacation!
