"4 star property- 3 star service. Food is 3 stars- but they have some good options. They have hamburger hotdog chips and tacos for the snack bar. I wish they did more in the area. Like cut up fruit or chicken or salad. The grounds are beautiful and clean I wish they would clean the glass at the pool restaurant it’s an eye sore and with no beach and too much seaweed. "4 star property- 3 star service. Food is 3 stars- but they have some good options. They have hamburger hotdog chips and tacos for the snack bar. I wish they did more in the area. It would make you feel like this us the worst resort. It’s definitely not a beach resort but a jungle resort. resort with wild life everywhere. Mosquitos are out at night along with the monkeys. My kids had a great experience - waterpark and slides and eco experience but we won’t be back- thankful for the experience. "
