“Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, ruhige Lage abseits des Trubels aber nur 5 Minuten zum Strand. Frühstück war ausreichend (Kaffee, Saft, Toast, Marmelade u. Käse, Obst, Cornflakes) Es gab einen Wasserspender im Aufenthaltsraum, an dem man jederzeit seine Wasserflaschen auffüllen konnte. WLAN top”

“Clean, nice pool, rooftop, nice staff, very helpful, restaurant was decent, and good coffee, area is walkable and lots of 7/11, coco, and markets near by. I would stay here again. Only thing is I feel the suite rooms should have microwave and paper towels like it had everything else ”

“The location was great and the apartment was great to relax. The pool was excellent and nice and private with a view of the ocean. Its close to all the tourist activity while being secluded from it”

“Was a decent hotel with some issues. We checked in on a Saturday, third floor room and the elevator was out of service. Was told it was fixed only for us to then get stuck in the elevator. We checked out Monday and the elevator was still out of order. Not fun lugging your luggage up and down 3 floors. The rooftop pool looked like it had not been cleaned recently. Oily haze and hair floating around made it unappealing. Went only once as it was not great. ”

“Todo me ha gustado Excepto la sopa de tortilla que comí en el restaurante “sarape” la tortilla estaba muy fea, pero de ahí en fuera los demás restaurantes muy ricos!!!!”

“Staff was very friendly, rooms spotless and extremely spacious, views from the rooftop were pretty, rooftop pools and area were fantastic, parking was easy. Only downsides were wifi was very weak and spotty, shower was a good temperature but didn’t not get hot hot, and no hair dryer in the room so you would have to call for one. Other than that, this is a place I would definitely come back to.”

“J'ai passé une semaine parfaite dans cette petit hotel situé en plein centre ville et à deux pas des plages. Les chambres sont tres grandes et tres functionnelles avec balcon. La piscine est magnifiques entourée des belles verdures et fleurs. Le petit dejeuner c'est une simple assiette avec des oeufs et des fruits, du café et du bon jus d'hybiscus, c'est pas tres copieux mais c'est tres bon et surtout ont est bien servie par le Monsieur tout le matin et surtout le cadre en face de la piscine……

“A returning customer, this hotel is beautiful and has the front entrance in front of the beach so it's very relaxing to see. I always recommend Playa Maya Hotel :)”

“The location of the hotel is great, in a more quiet part of the fifth street, very close to good restaurants and beach. The staff is generally great, except for the breakfast team. Unfortunately the breakfast is not great at all, very limited, and the breakfast staff is flat-out rude and have no standards for service. Would not recommend to pay extra for daily breakfast, the hotel should focus more on the rooms and guest service instead of trying to upsell breakfast, if this is not a priority.”
