"The hotel was beautiful, especially the pool area. The room was less impressive. The fogged glass bathroom door didn’t feel private and there was no fan in there. Also the location of the tv was in a strange spot. At the end of an exhausting day it would’ve been nice to lay in bed and watch tv to unwind but the tv was facing a half wall. Staff was great and breakfast was great. "

"We had an unexpected problem with a different hotel stay at a different location. In an emergency type situation I was able to get rooms extremely fast and my family of 13 checked in within 2 hours (this includes carrying luggage for that family up and down 6 flights of stairs) I can not say enough good things about how amazing the staff was at getting us taken care of.
