"Michael’s condo was one of the best places we’ve stayed on vacation. Not only was it updated and clean, but the location was amazing. We were walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Our daughters especially enjoyed the pool (which was pristine). The condo had everything we needed and more for the beach (towels, umbrella, sand toys, sunscreen). The hosts have thought of everything! We would gladly stay again!"

"We enjoyed our time but after talking with other owners and renters at Beaumer we were told the cost was extremely high. Owner was very gracious and helpful. We would be interested in two 1 bedroom condos there for March 2025"

"Everything was fine accept the front door was broke we had to walk upstairs to 3rd floor 1st night 2nd night then we were able to use the side door to the elevator until they got the front door working. The side door was fine to use as appose to back door with stairs. Very new and clean. Kitchen ,living room and bedroom were perfect. No Noise we will be back again and reccomend it to others."

"Fabulous location for Old Naples, very walkable to 5th, 3rd and the beach. Spacious condo with 2 beds and 2 bathrooms, kitchen. Friendly staff on-site, free parking, free bikes and beach gear all available. Great pool on the waterfront and garden too with a great pool bar with snacks (12-6 daily). Decor is tired/dated but clean in the condo but the space and location make up for it. We will stay here again."
