The 5 days we stayed were records breaking temperatures, so shuttle service was nice. The front desk staff were all very friendly. Requests for extra hangers and housekeeping service were courteous and prompt. 2 complementary water bottles each day were provided. "Fabulous location for Old Naples, very walkable to 5th, 3rd and the beach. Spacious condo with 2 beds and 2 bathrooms, kitchen. Friendly staff on-site, free parking, free bikes and beach gear all available. Great pool on the waterfront and garden too with a great pool bar with snacks (12-6 daily). Decor is tired/dated but clean in the condo but the space and location make up for it. We will stay here again."

We paid a lot of money to stay there and the service was not good and the air conditioner didn’t work good. We left very early on Sunday for that reason. "
