"I was again very happy with our stay at Hawthorne - the hotel room was clean, breakfast was good, and the staff was friendly. I only had two small issues: the lock on our door malfunctioned and did not open with multiple different keys in several instances (the keys worked fine on other doors like the fitness room) and the shower rod in one of the bathrooms was loose and had been clearly poorly repaired. Otherwise everything else was great. "

"The Hotel facilities in general are very good and the reception staff are very friendly. The only problem is that the person who works in the Hotel bar decided on his own to close the bar yesterday Saturday and not provide us with service before the established time. It was only 9pm when we went to the bar, which had no customers at that time and he said he wouldn't serve and closed the bar."

"Breakfast always varieties, nice staff, nice environment. What I don’t like is pets allowed, since people are there all over the place with big dogs and bad smell is spreading all halls. Sort I love animals and have poppies at home, but those people with big and enormous dog are all over."

"Travis (at the Front Desk) was absolutely Wonderful, Helpful, Polite, always willing to help in any service needed. He is a HUGE ASSET TO this property! As well as your Housekeeping Staff, they did a beautiful job! Only recommendation would be to advise guests of the shower glass door, (not long enough around the base of the shower floor) our floor constantly had alot of water splashed out onto the floor, used quite a few clean towels after each shower! ): "

"It is pet friendly so keep that in mind. You will see plenty of dogs. The bath was clogged and it was a bit hard to shower with the puddle of water. The kitchen sink smelled bad. Very spacious and comfortable if you travel with family. Parking is a bit hard to find"

"The property pool and bar had no food not appetizers. They told my fiance to be quiet while he was on a phone conversation by the bar. I thought that was very rude from the waiter. We paid a lot of money to stay there and the service was not good and the air conditioner didn’t work good. We left very early on Sunday for that reason. "

"The balcony bay views are gorgeous. You’ll almost guaranteed to see dolphins and sting rays in the water daily. The rooms are set in way you absolutely feel like you’re at home. With a small but full kitchen and grocery store near by, it’s perfect for a family. As a single traveler though it’s my favorite to go. There’s a restaurant right next door with the friendly staff.
