"I always stay at the Grand Hyatt when I visit Melbourne. Unfortunately this stay wasn’t as I remembered it. The staff member who checked me in was dry I didn't get a nice welcome. He said Hello and then proceeded to check me in. I noticed the lady next to him checked in someone and asked about their day and their stay. "Close by to uni. Large rooms. Comfy beds. Drains were a bit smelly. Good coffee and cocktails downstairs. Will stay there again ❤️We stayed 4 nights so a complementary drink would have been nice. "

"We were so happy with our stayed. The apartment we were staying was absolutely clean , but they might need some spared doona or blanket as it was a bit cold during the night . Checked in was a bit difficult but overall everything was fine. Definitely will stay again. "
