"The hotel was fantastic, we were upgraded to a king Suite from a Queen suite, onky issue was no drawers or shelves if you like to unpack and not easy to live out of 2 suitcases but there is plenty of space. Breakfast was phenomenal and the Wine down 4-6 we got unlimited wine which was a lovely bonus. The staff were particularly friendly and helpful big shout out to Gemma on the Wine down on the Monday night "

"Denis was always friendly and helpful--even helping me connect my computer to the internet when I was having tech issues. His assistant, Cherry, was also friendly and helpful. My daughter enjoyed the heated pool and jacussi. Everything about the hotel was perfect--though I have two suggestions: 1) my mattress was too soft--it would be great if the hotel could provide a futon upon request; 2) the hotel has only 2 washing machines and 2 dryers--not enough for such a big hotel.
