I received a call from a person from the hotel after checkout — not particularly phone friendly — demanding my credit card to make another payment. I would recommend this person is trained in being more approachable and clearer on the phone. The booking date was amended with the booking agency and the problem...

This is our 2nd stay here & we love the location & how peaceful it is to stay here. Highly recommend to Family & Friends for a great spot to stay when you’re on the Mornington Peninsula. "
