"Our stay was May 2024, we had a two bedroom suite with lake view. The second bedroom was dark with zero windows and right at the room door. The jacuzzi tub did not work, and there was no plug. We asked for plug and instead of handing me the plug they said the maintenance man would need to bring it up to the room. An hour later he did. Just handed it over and left. At check out we were told the jacuzzi controls were on the wall across the bathroom! There were Cheetos on the bathroom floor at...
