"Gorgeous modern home! The owner was super easy to talk to and reasonable. No cleanliness issues at all. Although the functionality of the outdoor built-in speakers during grilling or ceiling speakers for films would have added to the experience, it did not impact the overall excellence of our stay. The views were incredible. Overall, highly recommend!"

"All of my adult children and partners were able to get together for three nights stay. The property offers a great location and was plenty big enough for 8 adults. The only issue we had was the air conditioning. It was warm from the start in 76 degree weather. The 2nd floor wouldn’t cool below 77 degrees. Several box fans were provided which indicates that the condo is struggling to cool. The power went out for about three hours and the air conditioning would not work after that on our last...

"The villas we stayed were bit dated. The burners on the electric stove had grease left on them which caused fire when we turned it on. However, the friendly staff, 6 golf courses and the price for the holiday weekend will make us come back over and over again."

"House was great! Location was a quick 10 minutes to downtown Sagatuck but far enough to feel secluded. We had 10 woman stay for our annual Mother's Day get away and it was plenty big enough. My only gripe is that they didn't provide us enough paper products (TP/ paper towels). At the price we paid, we shouldn't run out of necessities. We would definitely come back!"

"We were here for our brother/father/father-in-law's memorial service, so it was a sad time, but the house and location were perfect. We spent a lot of time on the side decks and front porch and even watered the herbs and tomato plant. Appreciated the non-traditional lawn. We enjoyed the short walk to a nice beach on Lake Michigan. Would definitely stay again, hopefully in happier times. Nicely furnished with very modern kitchen. Would have appreciated some smaller bed pillows and better...

"We really enjoyed our weekend at this fantastic property. Everything we needed was provided, and the property was clean and bright. The check-in and checkout instructions were very specific - enough that we did not require additional assistance. Only suggestion is some more storage space for longer stays, but this was no problem for us since it was a short weekend. Beautiful property."

"Great property, very clean and well appointed. The deck and back yard are very nicely furnished with pretty landscaping. The entry to the cottage was a bit complicated and it should say in the directions that the entry is the back door. Overall it is a great cottage and we would like to return."

"The property is ideal for a large group or, in our case, a family reunion. With people coming together from all over the country, the house has plentiful spaces to relax and visit, as well as eat together. We had all our meals "at home" and found the house well stocked with plates, utensils and glasses. And it's nice having a couple of bedrooms on the ground floor for older family members. The location is convenient for walking or driving to town. We had a great reunion and 90th birthday...
