"The room was great! Comfy bed, nice shower, and even complimentary robes! The hot tub and pool were fantastic! It happened to be a cold few days, but the pool was heated and the hot tub was very large- could fit up to 14 ppl. Also, the hotel is an a super ideal location-Right in front of the harbor and the lively, beautiful pier. The complimentary, evening wine and snack hour was great! The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The only downsides was that there was no microwave in the room...

The property was close to downtown Santa Barbara and within walking distance to many great things such as museums, beaches, and public transportation. The building had key fab lock entry, lockers, and room entry-so safe surroundings. It is a quite place to stay for a quick nights rest and recovery for those travelling through. Dislikes: There is no privacy room to have a private phone call and or work type meeting."
