"Our stay was great. Nice updated rooms that were clean and comfortable. Lobby was very busy, as we were there for a convention. Hot tub was great, pool was pretty but it could have been heated. Nice hotel and easy for convention center and arena "

"This was my first time staying at a KASA property. They send you literal step by step instructions that are easy to follow, and they included pictures as well. I actually love not having to go to a front desk to check in and get a key. They give you a code to get into the room. When we entered the room we noticed that the ac control wouldn’t turn on and one of the batteries was corroded. I reached out to the KASA team and they reached out to maintenance on my behalf. They were very thorough in what would happen and how they would fix it. This team made my stay very easy. Checkout was just as easy as checking in. The only negative I have is the parking area. Downtown LA itself is kind of dirty and the parking garage they mentioned in the check in instructions seemed sketchy and smelled like urine. Not KASA’s fault at all, I would just look elsewhere to park."
