"Park Plaza Lodge was a very clean and comfortable hotel. The only downside is there is not much around the hotel such as dining. "

"Staff was very friendly upon arrival. They asked if we were okay with being on the first floor. We unfortunately said yes. It was very loud in the early morning since the rooms are located close to the lobby. The tile floor was also very slippery. Overall, it was a good hotel and we would stay again."

"Stayed here on a trip to universal. Room looked exactly like the pictures in the listing. Bed and sheets were perfectly clean, TV worked great. Bathroom and shower were updated and spotless. Service was prompt and staff was knowledgeable. One of the best if not the best hotels I’ve stayed at. Highly recommend!"
