"Was a great place to stay! Super close to the water, but a bit of a walk from the water taxi. We got a view of the canal, but it was a side view. We got the room that’s separated from the main hotel, but we actually liked it better because it was more secure and the rooms were bigger. Had good AC, but the drain was a bit clogged after showers, but eventually cleared."

"This was a nice hotel. the restaurant food and service was excellent, but a little pricey. It is not on the main Island of Venice, but rather on Murano which makes transportation inconvenient. The room we requested was absolutely amazing and looked even better than the photos. It was spacious, clean and had wonderful facilities - in particular the hot tub. Breakfast was excellent with so many hot and cold options to list. I cannot speak highly enough about the staff and hotel and if we were in Venice again, we would only look to stay here."
