"This is an outstanding hotel. The facilities are first rate - very modern, up to date, and classy. Great bed, linen and bathroom. Attention to detail in cleanliness and quality of the furnishings.
Bar and breakfast were both lovely - great quality and selection and served with grace and efficiency.
Location is quite convenient.
Most outstanding was the attitude of the staff. Consistently and genuinely friendly, respectful, kind and helpful. "

"Hotel in a convenient location 2 blocks froim a major metro station with a direct line to Heathrow Airport and connections to major rail stations. It was a LKITTLE noisy at times--but you're in the middle of a major metropolitan city, so I think it is reasonable. I lost NO sleep but there's horn honking in the daytime sometimes. Lots of food options, minutes away from major tourist spots."
