"Girlfriend and I had a very relaxing trip. The butler service is 10/10. Cannot recommend Villa 66 enough (Bernardo and George are the best). Drinks were good but inconsistent across the resort. Lots of restaurants across all of the resorts (we couldn’t do half of them in 8 days!). Private pool was awesome, can’t recommend enough. Good access to lots of Cenotes nearby. "Dining options were good! Our room was clean and updated! We enjoyed the mini bar snacks and the glass bottles of water. Shuttle services inside the resort was good! Drinks at the bars were not amazing. Staff was mostly great! We saw a few inappropriate behaviors between some staff on a few different occasions. Check in was easy! "
