"The staff were professional, friendly, and helpful. The southwest corner of the building is under renovation/repair as of May 2024. The driveway was more narrow due to the presence of scaffolding but no other significant impact or inconvenience was caused by the construction. "The room was to small compare to what it showed when I made the reservation. It said Mountain View didn’t have Mountain View at all, all I saw from our balcony was more buildings and street. When you make the reservation it doesn’t say that the hotel doesn’t have parking. Had to pay for parking at another location in order to park my rented car safely. That definitely was a downer. I will say it’s close to the beach and stores though. "

"Great location. It's pretty clean overall. I gave a 4-star rating for cleanliness because I did see a small cockroach once in the kitchen area. I think the property needs renovation badly. "Great option for families. We were so pleased with our stay. Staff was honestly 10/10 and the rooms were beautiful. I would likely stay at a hotel with a beach entrance in the future but this was an affordable, clean and honestly ten minute walk to the beach stay. We loved it. "

"This was our first time in Honolulu. I did quite a bit research before booking. We wanted to be on the beach, we wanted a decent and clean room, we didn’t want to be around children and be close to things. Sheraton Waikiki exceeded all of our expectations. I would stay here again and again. The infinity pool is for adults only so you can get away from the children. The hotel is newly renovated and super clean. The ocean front rooms have unbelievable views. The customer service is absolutely amazing. Close to anything you need. They truly beat vacation ever. "

"Yes it is older. Yes it could be cleaner. No it is not a resort setting. But if you know that going in, you will not be disappointed. The oceanfront view is amazing, especially if you like to people watch. The staff is very helpful. Lots to do around the hotel."
